The Regulations define the rules of booking and using UNIC Apartments facilities located at: Dominikańska 9, Gasiorowskich 4; Dabrowskiego 87-89; Swierzawska 12A; Strozyńskiego 11 in Poznan. The owner of the UNIC Apartments brand and the managing entity is Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Biedrusko, at ul. Pigeons 1. NIP: 9721247534; KRS: 0000492341; REGON: 302622216. When booking a room, the client accepts all the provisions of the regulations.

Immediately after receiving information about the desire to make a reservation, UNIC Apartments will send an email to the Guest with a temporary booking confirmation with a link to the Regulations and a link to payment as well as information about the Apartment booked. The reservation is considered made when the bank account of UNIC Apartments is credited or when the payment card details are provided in order to secure the reservation. Reservations can also be made with the help of external internet portals, ie booking.com, expedia.com and their partner websites - the booking rules are defined on each of these portals individually.
The payment for accommodation can be made using the booking system at the time of booking the apartment via the unicapartments.pl website. It is possible to pay for a reservation by a payment card using a payment link, which will be sent by e-mail to the address of the Guest in the case of a phone or email reservation requesting to make a reservation. Settlement of transactions with a payment card is carried out through PayU SA, ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań and IAI S.A., Aleja Piastów 30, PL-71-064 Szczecin.
We accept payment in cash on the spot, upon receipt of the keys to the Apartment, with the prior application of the credit card number to secure the transaction. Payment of the total price for the Apartment must take place before handing over the Apartment.
The guest is obliged to inform UNIC Apartments by email of any changes or cancellations. UNIC Apartments is entitled to charge 100% of the value of the reservation from the client, in the event of cancellation or changes in less than 7 days before arrival, due to the loss of the chances of renting the previously booked Apartment in the previously reserved period. The above condition does not apply if at the time of booking the parties agreed otherwise. If the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before arrival, UNIC Apartments will refund the guest 100% of the booking fee. Reimbursement of the reservation fee will be made in the same form (by bank transfer, refund on the card), in which the payment took place. All costs associated with the return of funds (transfer fee, card fees) are borne by the Guest, as these fees are charged by the payment operators, regardless of UNIC Apartments.
We have a parking space in the underground garage only in the UNIC Apartments located at 4 Gasiorowskich Street and 12A Swierzawska in Poznan. In the building at 11 Stróżyńskiego there are free parking spaces close to the building. Public parking lots at the building are available for UNIC Apartments at 9 Dominikanska Street and at 87-89 Dabrowskiego. These parking lots are payable on weekdays on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Parking machines are located on the street. It is possible to pay for the parking with coins in PLN or by using mobile applications. Due to limited parking spaces, on special request, we provide paid parking spaces in the guarded car park "U Bożeny" located about 200m from the Apartments at 11 Stawna Street in Poznan. The cost of parking is 80 PLN gross per night. The Guest may ask UNIC Apartments about the availability of a guarded parking space at a selected date UNIC Apartments will verify the availability of a parking space at a chosen date and in the case of available spaces will send a confirmation of the reservation to the client. cancellation of a reserved parking space less than 2 days before arrival, UNIC Apartments will collect from the client 100% of the parking space reservation value, then transfer the above amount immediately to the parking lot manager for unused reserved parking place. UNIC Apartments is not responsible for cars parked in a guarded parking lot. If you have questions about parking at this facility, please contact the parking manager directly. Guest is obliged to inform UNIC Apartments by phone, by e-mail or sms of expected arrival time at least 2 hours before the planned arrival. After payment of the total price for the Apartment, the Guest will receive by text or SMS the entrance code to the Apartment. After entering the apartment, switching on the power will be possible using a key card, which should be inserted in the card reader. located at the main door. The key card allows you to enter the apartment during your entire stay. Before applying the card to the reader, press the number 0 on the panel. The hotel day lasts from the hours of 15 to 11 o'clock. The apartments are subject to night silence from 22 to 6 am. The guest is obliged to observe the silence of the night. In the event of the need to intervene to protect the building or police, UNIC Apartmens has the right to terminate the contract with the guest immediately, without refund of the funds paid. At the same time the intervention must be caused by the guest disturbing the silence of the night, which will be confirmed by an appropriate statement or wording of the building or police protection charge. The Guest has no right to sub-let the Apartment or transfer it to third parties for use. It is forbidden to use in the Apartment electrical devices that do not constitute the Apartment's equipment, except: chargers for: telephone / computer / razor, hairdryer / straightener / hair curler. The Guest of the Apartment is financially liable for any damage caused by his fault or the fault of persons staying in the Apartment. The Guest is obliged to cover all damages immediately after the stay. Guest is obliged to immediately inform UNIC Apartments in the event of a sudden failure, an event that could expose UNIC Apartments to losses. People who stay in the apartment with the consent of the guest can stay from 6:00 to 22:00. There is a total prohibition of smoking in the apartment and a total prohibition of keeping animals. In case of smoking in the Apartment, the Guest will be charged 500pln for cleaning the Apartment. In the case of a guest's stay with a pet, the guest will be charged an additional fee for additional cleaning of the apartment. UNIC Apartments is not responsible for items left in the Suite. Left items will be stored and be picked up for 7 days from the time you leave the apartment.
Considering the regulations regarding the protection of personal data, and above all the content of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC - we would like to provide you with the necessary information:

1. Who is the Administrator of your personal data?
The administrator of the personal data provided by you is Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Biedrusko 62-003 at 1 Golebia Street in Poland.

2. What personal data are we talking about?
It is about personal data that is collected as part of your use of our services. Therefore, we need the following your data: name, surname, company name, company address and tax identification number. In addition, for contact purposes: e-mail and / or telephone.

3. What is the purpose of processing personal data?
a) in the case of a concluded contract, personal data will be processed in order to implement the provisions contained in the contract, * the legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case art. 6 section 1 letter b), i.e. processing is necessary to perform the contract and art. 6 section 1 letter f), i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator
b) personal data may be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information, including marketing information, in relation to own products and services by electronic or / and telephone means,
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is Art. 6, paragraph 1 lit. a), i.e. the consent of the data subject and Art. 6 section 1 letter f), i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator
c) personal data may be processed for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter,
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case art. 6, paragraph 1 lit. a), i.e. the consent of the data subject
d) personal data may be processed for the purpose of pursuing claims arising from Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. business,
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case art. 6 clause 1 lit. b), i.e. processing is necessary to perform the contract and art. 6 section 1 letter f), i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator
e) personal data may be processed in order to fulfill legal and tax obligations in connection with the one carried out by Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. business activity;
* the legal basis for the processing of personal data is in this case art. 6 clause 1 lit. b), i.e. processing is necessary to perform the contract and art. 6 section 1 letter f), i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator

4. Are personal data still / will be processed in some other way?
As a business entity conducting commercial and service activities, we care about the confidentiality of your data. Due to the need to ensure the proper organization of our company - e.g. in the field of IT infrastructure or current matters related to our business as an entrepreneur - your personal data may be transferred, i.e. disclosed or shared - to the following categories of recipients:
a) other business entities cooperating with Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. when providing services,
b) service providers supplying Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. in technical, IT and organizational solutions enabling the provision of services by Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. and management of our company (in particular, we are talking about ICT service providers, companies managing parking lots at our real estate and companies that provide security services in our real estate),
c) providers of legal and advisory services and supporting Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. in pursuing their claims (e.g. law firms and debt collection companies);

* we would like to inform you that the entities which, at the request of Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. they process personal data - they operate on the basis of entrustment agreements (in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR), or based on submitted confidentiality statements

5. Where do we have your personal data from?
We received personal data from you during or to establish cooperation with Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o., incl. from the unicapartments.pl website

6. How long is personal data processed?
Please be advised that personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes listed in point 3:
a) as regards the implementation of the provisions contained in the contract - we store your personal data for the duration of the contract, as well as after its termination in order to:
- pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
- performance of obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting,
- statistical and archiving,
- however, not longer than for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or until the expiry of the limitation period for claims;
b) for marketing purposes - we store your personal data for the duration of the contract or until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing, whichever occurs first;
c) to subscribe to the newsletter - we store your personal data until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing, depending on which of these events occurs earlier.
- after the abovementioned periods your data will be deleted or anonymized.

7. Is providing personal data mandatory?
Please be advised that providing personal data is not mandatory. However, taking into account the achievement of the objectives set out in point 3, providing personal data may have the nature of:
a) contractual, i.e. providing personal data is a condition for concluding the contract. In other words, failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to conclude a contract and thus the inability to use the services and products belonging to Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o.,
b) voluntary, but providing data is necessary to achieve the purposes related to, among others:
- with the receipt of commercial information, including marketing information in relation to the products and services of Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. by electronic or / and telephone,
- newsletter subscription,
- participation in competitions,
- participation in surveys.

8. What are your rights?
In connection with the processing by Platinum Consulting Sp. z o.o. Your personal data - you have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data, limit their processing, the right to transfer them, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data. In addition, we would like to inform you that in the case of processing personal data based on your consent, all consents to processing referred to in point 3 may be withdrawn at any time. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9. Who can you contact in matters related to the processing of personal data?

In the event of a force majeure extraordinary circumstances, independent of any party, natural disaster, strike, hostilities or other exceptional circumstances arising from the fault of UNIC Apartments and preventing the performance of the service in accordance with the contract, UNIC Apartmens is released from liability. In the event of technical faults and sudden faults caused by UNIC Apartments, the consequences of which could not be removed immediately, UNIC Apartmens will provide the apartment's guests with the same or higher standard, and if there are no seats, it will cancel the booking and return the money paid by the Guest immediately. UNIC Apartments makes every effort to prevent the occurrence of circumstances that may affect the Guest's stay and the use of the Apartment by the Guest.
All complaints regarding the stay require notification by email to the following address: within 48 hours of the departure from the apartment. UNIC Apartments has 14 days to consider the complaint. The answer to the complaint will be sent via e-mail.
The law applicable to the settlement of disputes between the owner and the client is Polish law. The place of resolving any disputes is the court competent for the registered office of UNIC Apartments. However, in the event of a dispute involving a consumer, the place for resolving any disputes is the court according to general jurisdiction (the court competent for the place of residence or registered office of the defendant) or the court competent for the place of performance of the contract.
Fee for losing an access card to the Apartment: 50 PLN Destruction / theft of the towel: small: 30pln / large: 40pln / under the feet: 25pln. Furniture damage: minimum 140pln. The destruction of bedding: the cover: 100 PLN / pillow case: 30 PLN / sheet: 60 PLN. TV remote control: 40pln. Additional apartment cleaning: minimum 100pln.
