We offer people visiting Poznan on a business purpose or as tourists, a comfortable stay. Our apartments are intended for people who like modern architecture, that are looking for a great alternative to hotels in Poznan city as a place to stay.
Unic Apartments were created for comfortable stay for 1-4 people. Each apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and dining room, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, hall with wardrobe, balcony.
Our guests have at their disposal: ironing board with iron, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, induction hob, a set of pots and dishes, a chair for baby. In the bathrooms we provide a set of cosmetics and towels. In each apartment, we have available free wireless internet and TV set with cable channels. In addition, some of the apartments are air-conditioned.
The bed in the bedroom gives a comfortable sleeping for two people. The sofa in the living room has a sleeping function. For an additional fee, we provide a baby cot with a set of comfortable bedding. The total living area of each Apartment is at least 35 m2.
All our apartments are equipped with secure electronic locks, thanks to which, the apartment can be opened with a code that will be sent to you by e-mail or SMS, after payment for the stay, before your arrival.
In case of check-out, all you have to do is to leave the key card inside the apartment and close the door. The invoice for your stay will be sent to you by email the same day.
